Our services include management of commercial and residential properties, valuation services for both buyers and sellers, estate management, and consultancy services regarding all things real estate in Kenya.
Property Management
Property management is the day-to-day operations, maintenance and oversight of real estate and property that includes residential, commercial or land real estate. Our team of professionals at Lustman & Co provide property management services on behalf of property owners in Kenya with the overall objective of ensuring professional management of properties, smooth operations and overall value addition to each property we manage. Our role includes but is not limited to; lease preparation and administration, rent collection, supervision of service providers, maintenance and repair of units, acquiring and vetting of tenants, budgeting and accountancy, service charge administration, as well as advisory support to property owners.
Estate Agency
Estate agency refers to the selling, renting or management of properties, land or other buildings on behalf of estate owners. Lustman & Co has a team of qualified personnel registered by the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB) and the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), who negotiate on behalf of clients on matters relating to the buying, selling and leasing of land or buildings in Kenya. Our services include letting and selling of properties, preparation of feasibility studies for real estate, conveyancing, and facilitating land registration and transfers.
Property Valuation
In partnership with Mugi Property Consultants, Lustman & Co offers property valuation services to both buyers and sellers in the Kenya real estate market. Property valuations are required for various purposes including financial reporting, taxation compliance, mortgages & insurance, property acquisition, or forced sales. We support individuals and organizations as the preferred independent property valuer for a variety of properties and locations in Kenya.
